Every new Manager Toolkit account includes a 14-day free trial of the Pro plan. This gives you full access to all Pro features so you can decide whether the upgrade is right for you.
How the Trial Works
Sign up for a Manager Toolkit account.
Your 14-day Pro trial starts automatically - there is nothing extra to activate.
Explore all Pro features, including AI summaries, AI suggestions, Google Calendar sync, and advanced themes.
Before the trial ends, decide whether to upgrade or continue on the free plan.
No Payment Required
You do not need to enter any payment details to start the trial. There is no credit card required and nothing to cancel. The trial simply begins when you create your account.
What Happens When the Trial Ends
When your 14 days are up, your account automatically reverts to the free plan. Here is what that means:
- Your data is safe. Nothing is deleted when the trial ends. All your catchups, actions, meetings, targets, surveys, and other records remain exactly as they are.
- Core features continue. You can still use all free plan features without interruption.
- Pro features become locked. AI summaries, AI suggestions, Google Calendar sync, advanced themes, and the MCP connector are no longer available until you upgrade.
Make the most of your trial by exploring AI summaries on the dashboard, running a survey with AI analysis, and connecting your Google Calendar.
Upgrading During or After the Trial
You can upgrade to Pro at any point during or after the trial. If you upgrade during the trial, your billing period starts from the date of payment.
The 14-day trial is available once per account. If you have previously used your trial, you will need to subscribe to access Pro features again.
